Can my poster be delivered framed?
Yes. If you would like your posters framed, you can select the desired posters and frames and add them to your order. We will make sure everything is perfectly framed for you.
How do I give a gift card?
The gift card will be sent digitally via email. After purchase, you can forward the code electronically or print it out and give it as a gift.
How do I buy a gift card?
You can easily purchase a gift card on our website by selecting the desired amount and adding it to your cart. Once you proceed to checkout, the gift card will be sent as a digital code to the email address you provided. Please also check your spam folder if you have not received an email. If you cannot find it, the email address may have been entered incorrectly. In this case, please contact our customer service team via chat or email – we will be happy to help you.
How do I place a corporate order?
If you would like to place a corporate order, please contact us in advance at contact@pacechaser.com.
Can I change my order?
We cannot make changes to an existing order. However, if you contact us immediately, we may be able to cancel the order before it is processed. You can then simply place a new order with the correct items.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order before it is processed, please contact us as soon as possible via chat or email. We will do our best to help you.
What happens if I entered incorrect information?
If you have entered incorrect information such as address, email, or phone number, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will try to update your information before your order is processed. If the order has already been shipped, additional costs caused by incorrect information may be at your expense.
I discovered an error
Discovered an error on a route? Sometimes marathon routes change or are updated – and even we don't always notice it immediately. If you notice an error on one of our posters, we'd love to hear from you! As a thank you, you'll receive a 10% discount code 🎁
I have not received an order confirmation
If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder. The email address may have been entered incorrectly. We will be happy to help you correct it and resend the confirmation.
How do I know if my order has been received?
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided during checkout. If it does not arrive shortly after purchase, there may be an issue with the transaction. Please contact us – we will be happy to help you.
Delivery
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please also check your spam folder, as emails are occasionally misfiled there.
What are the shipping costs?
There are no additional shipping fees.
Do you offer express delivery?
We do not offer express delivery, as orders usually leave our production facility on the same or the following day. Orders placed on a working day before 12 PM will be shipped on the same day, orders placed after 12 PM on the following working day. Delivery usually takes 1-4 working days from the shipping date – depending on the delivery address.
What happens if I have not received my order?
If you have not received your order within the specified delivery time, please first check whether all information was correct. If everything is correct, please contact our customer service within 14 working days – we will be happy to help you.
How do I know that my shipment has arrived?
As soon as your order has left our production, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking link, through which you can track the status of your order. This way you will always be informed when your delivery arrives.
Which company handles the shipping?
We ship within Germany with DHL and throughout Europe with UPS or DPD – depending on which provider is better represented in your region.
How long does delivery take?
We pack your order as quickly as possible and usually ship it on the same or at the latest on the next working day. Delivery usually takes 1–4 working days from the shipping date, depending on the delivery address. In exceptional cases, it may take 1–2 days longer due to high demand.

Please check if you have entered the code correctly and if it is still valid. If the code still does not work, please contact our customer service – we will be happy to help you.
Picture frames
How do I hang the frames?
The wooden frames have two fasteners on the back. This allows you to hang them in portrait or landscape format. Alternatively, the picture frames can also be stood up.

How do I submit a cooperation inquiry?
Please send your inquiry with your social media name directly to contact@pacechaser.com. You will receive a response from the relevant team as soon as possible.
Returns / Exchanges / Complaints
Can I return a personalized poster?
Right of return, right of exchange, and open purchase do not apply to personalized posters, as these are printed to order and are unique items.
What do I do if I receive wrong or defective products?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. Briefly describe the damage or defect and send us a photo. We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss how to proceed.
